настоящата тема служи за уведомяваме на потребителите относно това, кои са новоназначените глобални оператори. списъкът по-долу ще бъде своевременно обновяван. пускам темата, тъй като за момента не разполагаме с по-официално място, където да се държат потребителите в течение за новостите в мрежата.
